Take your best route to RT-85 (Slingerlands Bypass)
From Free I-90, this is exit 4 to RT-85 South.
Take the exit toward Krumkill Rd/Maria College.
Turn left onto Buckingham Dr. (right turn if from the South) and follow that for a half mile.
Turn left at New Scotland Ave and go about 1.5 miles.
Turn right onto Academy Rd.
On the left will be a large parking lot. It's safe to park there without getting ticketed by campus security. We'll be in room 224 in the Kahl Campus Center, which is the large modern building alongside the parking area. If coming to New Scotland Ave from Madison Ave in downtown Albany, Academy Rd will be on the left just past Albany Med.

Archery Practice
Royal rounds, etc. are by appointment with Lord Sheldon the Just (Sheldon Bosin) or Lord Nicholas Colechurch at Rakowana Archers Inc. Helderberg workshop grounds Picard Rd., Voorheesville, NY.
Because of club rules, each archer must be accompanied by a member, therefore appointments are necessary.
Also, Master Macsen Archery Practice/Royal Rounds: - Master Macsen has offered his backyard archery range for practice Sundays, 3pm until dark. Contact Master Macsen for details steve@gurzler.com

Arts and Sciences
Greetings from the Minister of Arts & Sciences and the Deputy Minister of Arts & Sciences:
As the these cold winter days inch slowly toward the light of spring there is much work to be done; garb to be made or repaired, accessories to be painted or tooled or beaded; many projects we need to keep our camps and appearances “up”. What better way than to get together for support where there is large table space, many electrical outlets and a friendly exchange of knowledge and help.
There will be an Arts and Sciences workshop on Tuesday February 9 from 7-9 pm at the Hamilton Union Presbyterian Church in Guilderland. I will be offering a demonstration of kimono making, but all are welcome to bring any projects you are working on. The site has large tables and many chairs also outlets for sewing machines or lamps if needed.
We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Twelfth Night is passed, and Winter is half over. Soon the snows will
give way to Spring and event season will be upon us. Rather than do the
pre-Pennsic garb panic in 150 days, why not start sewing now!? Surely
there's nothing better to do while we are cooped up inside away from the
howling winds and cold.
Or are you going to let me say "I told you so" when July arrives?

The Choir Practices will be held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month 7-9 p.m. for small group ensemble and/or vocal coaching.
We have the church facility on Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Rehearsals of both vocal and instrumental music are held at this time at the Hamilton Union Presbyterian Church at 2291 Western Ave, Guilderland

The December meeting will be held on December 6, Sunday at 1:30. There will be a holiday party and a continuation of our blocking projects as well as beginning applique techniques. Please bring a dish to share.
